Job Opportunity: Innovation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced designer to join our team as an innovation strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored innovation programs and proposals for corporate clients, aligning with client-specific needs and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for human-centered innovation across various sectors.
  • Derive insights from user research and create qualitative analysis reports for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams throughout each project phase.
  • Identify areas where service design and innovation can drive value for clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the innovation space, preferably in design agencies or consultancies.
  • Master's level understanding of user-centered design methodologies and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong interest in technological trends and challenges.
