Performance Marketing Specialist

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who loves digital marketing, is data-driven, and wants hands-on exposure to running high-impact campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for a fast-growing consumer brand.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with creative, design, and e-commerce teams, and report directly to the brand and marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Track campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.

 

Requirements:
  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing OR candidates with up to 2-3 year of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for wellness, consumer brands, and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
