We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial strategy, ensuring robust financial operations, regulatory compliance, and smooth audit processes.

As a Chief Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage regulatory reporting requirements across jurisdictions, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
  • Design and oversee internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes aligned with crypto asset flows.
  • Manage periodic audits—statutory, internal, regulatory—and act as the primary point of contact for auditors.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on AML, KYC, tax, and regulatory filings.
  • Lead treasury operations, including liquidity management, crypto wallet oversight, exchange accounts, and banking relationships.
  • Oversee payroll, vendor payments, revenue recognition, and financial operations.
  • Evaluate financial and operational risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team and board to support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the crypto industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including AML/KYC, tax laws, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
