Sales Performance Manager

Sales Objectives
Drive sales revenue growth through effective forecasting, planning, and execution of sales targets.
Sales Strategy
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on sales execution, customer engagement, and relationship-building.
Key Performance Indicators
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including daily sales reports, monthly and quarterly MIS, and lead portal updates.
Talent Acquisition
Identify and develop new key accounts, distributors, and channel partners to drive business growth and expansion.
Competitive Intelligence
Stay informed about competitor activities, pricing, schemes, systems, and procedures to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Education and Qualifications
Possess a graduate degree in science, preferably in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related Biosciences.
Experience and Skills
Require total experience of 8-10 years, with 3-5 years in sales of laboratory consumables, and a track record of achievement in sales, marketing, and business development roles.
Professional Attributes
Must be results-oriented, outspoken, self-motivated, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to achieve goals consistently.
Must have professional selling and presentation skills to influence multiple levels at customer organizations, as well as technical skills for grasping sophisticated product applications.
Must have excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal, and communication skills to communicate efficiently with customers, customer service, and different levels of internal and external customers.
