About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Driver to join our team at CapTalent HR.

Job Summary:

The Sales Performance Driver will be responsible for building a qualified sales pipeline, generating leads, and nurturing warm prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building a qualified sales pipeline through cold outreaches and face-to-face interactions.
  2. Generating leads and creating new sales opportunities.
  3. Nurturing warm prospects and closing deals.
  4. Finding new sales outlets and engaging with inactive prospects.
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and refining the lead generation process.
  6. Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly targets.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience in software sales with a background in BDR (Business Development Representative) in the international market.
  2. Comfortable with cold outreaches and handling objections.
  3. Strong desire to grow within the sales organization.
  4. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a startup environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Dedicated and results-driven individual.
