About This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Driver to join our team at CapTalent HR.
Job Summary:
The Sales Performance Driver will be responsible for building a qualified sales pipeline, generating leads, and nurturing warm prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a qualified sales pipeline through cold outreaches and face-to-face interactions.
- Generating leads and creating new sales opportunities.
- Nurturing warm prospects and closing deals.
- Finding new sales outlets and engaging with inactive prospects.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and refining the lead generation process.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in software sales with a background in BDR (Business Development Representative) in the international market.
- Comfortable with cold outreaches and handling objections.
- Strong desire to grow within the sales organization.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated and results-driven individual.
