We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key liaison between People Partners and business leaders, you will provide essential information to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they understand company culture and policies.
  • Coordinate asset and access-related tasks to facilitate seamless integration.
  • Conduct thorough background verification checks in partnership with vendors.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members to optimize job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Collaborate with leaders to resolve conflicts and address people-related concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, addressing inquiries about company policies and culture.
  • Design and implement engaging activities to boost team morale and create a positive work environment.
  • Develop and manage all communication materials related to the People Operations team, including email templates and announcements.
  • Work with leaders to draft and update company policies, reflecting company values and mission.
  • Create programs to minimize employee turnover and maximize retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews and oversee off-boarding procedures from start to finish.
  • Communicate important information to the team as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate team events and outings, managing logistics end-to-end.
  • Negotiate and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to execute people processes.
  • Process salary changes and payroll coordination with the Finance team within agreed timelines.
  • Review and process paperwork and contracts related to the team.
