Job Overview

This is a key leadership role that oversees the implementation of quality standards across various processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and experience in quality management.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Standards and Judgment: Define inspection criteria for products, supervise, and ensure effective quality standard implementation.
  • Process Control and Improvement: Monitor process control, drive continuous improvement, and enhance quality performance.
  • Quality Data Analysis and Action Planning: Collect and analyze quality data, lead teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions.
  • Customer Returns and Problem-Solving: Follow the FA process for customer returns, submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving.
  • Audits and Issue Closure: Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits, drive timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above
  2. At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing
  3. Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
  4. Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations
  5. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system
  6. Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies
