Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  • Partnerships: Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, corporates, and global institutions.
  • Innovation: Develop creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Project Management: Take ownership of special projects that require experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  • Performance Tracking: Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
