About Us

We are building a home management system that does daily chores seamlessly and effortlessly, preempts customer needs, enhances lifestyle, and gives them peace of mind to focus on achieving more.

A dedicated professional helps with miscellaneous home requests, from decorating to planning holidays, taking care of children or the elderly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Understand the customer's context, explain how our system can ease their life, handhold them onto our ecosystem.
  • Solution Deployment: Define interventions needed, deploy trained professionals, assign tasks, and monitor completion.
  • Partner Management: Work with our central partner ecosystem, onboard local quality partners, oversee quality, and provide feedback.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Have deeper dialogues, educate customers, and enable them to adopt more services.
  • Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: Determine customer satisfaction, identify areas of improvement, iterate solution design, and highlight complaints.

Qualifications:
