Key Sales Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in positioning and leveraging our influencer network to deliver high-performing campaigns to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops lead generation programs to achieve expected conversion rates, builds strong client relationships, and identifies opportunities for growth.
  • Conducts regular meetings with prospective clients via online and offline modes, reaching out to CXOs and decision-makers to pitch influencer marketing services.
  • Utilizes various platforms to generate leads, including Sales Navigator, outreach, cold calls, emails, and CRM tools.
  • Creates strategic plans for time management, fosters effective use of time, and achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
  • Monitors data and prepares reports regularly, nurturing leads and pipeline conversions.
  • Provides feedback to cross-functional teams on areas for improvement, enhancing client relationships.
  • Builds a strong sales pipeline, responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management, exceeding sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, pricing, and yield goals.
  • Develops exciting sales pitches, negotiates effectively, and recognizes great opportunities.
  • Gains a deep understanding of customer experience, identifies gaps, and generates new ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated success in business development/sales representation with excellent digital sales acumen within an influencer marketing agency or media industry.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and building effective relationships.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint and CRM tools.
  • Ability to excel in a highly competitive environment and adaptability to a rapidly evolving media landscape.
