Job Opportunity

This is a leadership position in the web development division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing a team of frontend/backend developers, and ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership & Delivery:
    • Manage end-to-end website and web app projects from kickoff to deployment.
    • Translate briefs, UI/UX designs, and business goals into robust web solutions.
    • Ensure timely, bug-free delivery and deployment.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 web developers (frontend, backend, full-stack).
    • Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and foster a strong tech culture.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team efficiency.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Act as technical lead and client-facing SPOC for web-related projects.
    • Translate client requirements into technical scope, timelines, and roadmaps.
    • Provide proactive updates, documentation, and post-delivery support.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure design fidelity and responsiveness.
    • Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and branding teams to ensure SEO-ready, fast-loading, scalable websites.
    • Guide content and creative teams on what's technically feasible.
  • Code Quality & Infrastructure:
    • Set up scalable architecture, version control (Git), staging environments, and CI/CD pipelines where needed.
    • Ensure responsiveness, performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
    • Keep code modular, clean, and well-documented.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in web development, with 1–2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend (or strong full-stack).
  • Strong project management, task prioritization, and delivery focus.
  • Ability to manage clients, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
  • Experience delivering responsive, SEO-friendly, and performance-optimized sites.
