Senior Product Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability. You will also define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.

  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media or sports industries.
  • Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Craft Skills: Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or company.
