  • Promote Student Participation: Promote student participation in film festivals, competitions, and industry events.

Industry and Community Engagement:

  • Build Industry Partnerships: Establish partnerships with industry leaders, production houses, and film organizations.
  • Represent the Department: Represent the department in media and public forums.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage Resources: Optimize the use of resources to achieve departmental goals.

Strategic Planning and Vision:

  • Develop Long-term Goals: Develop strategies for department growth and development.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current on global cinema trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in academic administration or operations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
