Job Title Academic Counselor Location IQJITA Smart trade city Kottakkal Working Hours 9 00 AM - 5 00 PM Experience Required Minimum 1 year Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply share your cv to 7034333799 Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Academic Counselor to join our admissions team The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads counseling students and parents about our academic programs and converting inquiries into admissions Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through various sources website walk-ins referrals campaigns etc Counsel students and parents on courses fees batch timings and institute benefits Follow up regularly with leads and maintain engagement until final conversion Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM system Meet weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management Provide detailed and accurate information to ensure transparency in the admission process Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of students Assist during admission events seminars webinars and other promotional activities Key Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Good knowledge of educational services and student counseling Ability to meet targets Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline Prior experience in academic counseling or telecalling is an added advantage Job Types Permanent Fresher Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
