Academic Instructor

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced instructors to teach undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Arts (BA) program.

• Deliver high-quality instruction in BA program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare engaging academic lesson plans, study materials, and assignments that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Lead lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions that foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
• Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, tests, and viva.
• Guide students in academic projects, research work, and seminars that promote critical thinking and creativity.
• Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings that drive institutional growth.
• Mentor and counsel students for academic and career development, providing guidance on professional opportunities and personal growth.
• Engage in scholarly activities, research initiatives, and faculty development programs that enhance teaching effectiveness and stay updated with best practices.
• Maintain a positive and respectful learning environment that promotes student well-being and success.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's Degree in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).
• NET/Ph.D. in respective subject preferred (as per UGC norms).
• Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in higher education.
• Strong subject matter expertise and ability to engage students effectively.
• Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies, educational technology, and online learning platforms.
