About the Role:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Professional to join our team. You will be responsible for managing supply chains, vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing brand.

Location: Full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs
  • Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
