Treasury Management Role

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team in raising funds from financial institutions and corporates through the issuance of various instruments.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently handle lender queries and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the team in raising funds from financial institutions and corporates through the issuance of various instruments.
  2. Prepare capital arrangement agreements, bank proposals, information memoranda, key investor documents, and offer documents.
  3. Maintain the standard treasury docket, ensuring it is updated regularly.
  4. Handle queries of potential lenders and resolve them to their satisfaction.
  5. Manage post-sanction requirements and closure of loan documentation.
  6. Manage pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions imposed by lenders.
  7. Liaise with internal departments for smooth and quick documentation.
  8. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  9. Analyse data and make informed decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of treasury, banking, and NBFC sector practices.
  • Good understanding of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
