Pilot Operations Leadership Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned aviation professional to oversee Remote Pilot Operations, ensuring seamless UAV flight doctrine and mission strategy execution.

This strategic leadership role governs regulatory interface, fleet readiness, and airspace compliance across multiple platforms.

  • Define and own operating doctrine for UAV flight operations, including mission structures, crew roles, airspace classifications, and contingency architecture.
  • Lead the execution of mission-critical UAV deployments, driving operational analytics and platform maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve high-risk or strategic mission routes involving cross-border zones, SATCOM-based BLoS legs, or complex loiter structures.
  • Act as primary point of contact for civil/military ATC coordination, defining communication plans and enforcing LoS/BLoS protocols.
  • Liaise with MoD, DGCA, and internal regulatory teams to ensure ongoing compliance and secure future flight corridor access.
Fleet Management & Flight Readiness:
  • Own fleet-level airworthiness and operational readiness status, ensuring UAV assignment based on fatigue cycles, software compatibility, and mission match.
  • Maintain a centralized view of telemetry health, calibration status, and pilot feedback across platforms.
Requirements:

Engineering in Mech / Electrical or related field
min 15 + years of Exp with RPA
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
