Maintenance Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of all plant utilities, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as equipment across the pharmaceutical facility.

This role includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, project execution, equipment qualification, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.

  • Oversee maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems.
  • Manage electrical and mechanical utilities, including energy efficiency and continuous operation of the plant.
  • Coordinate and review project schedules, drawings, and vendor documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve underlying issues in equipment failures and system inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities.
  • Accuracy in maintaining technical documentation and regulatory compliance records.
