
Senior Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to prioritize tasks.

- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.">
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase new materials while adhering to budget constraints.">
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g., electricians).">
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.).">
- Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and cleanliness.">
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.">
- Stay up-to-date with organizational changes and business developments.">
- Facilitate smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to support other business operations.">
- Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for best prices.">
- Manage calendars and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for employees (domestic and international).">
- Select, coordinate, and deliver vendor services.">
- Purchase, re-order, and maintain housekeeping supplies and other inventory.">
- Maintain office assets and perform annual maintenance contracts.">
- Establish and maintain good relationships with government bodies and police officials.">
- Track expenses to ensure compliance with cost budgets.">
- Submit MIS reports on administration expenses to senior authorities.">
- Evaluate and implement EHS and fire safety measures.">

- Excellent documentation skills using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.">
