Job Title: Growth CatalystAbout the Job:The Digital Business Unit is a newly established unit aiming to revolutionize banking. Its objectives are three-fold: Drive better customer experience and engagement, Transform existing lines of businesses, and Build new digital-only or banking as a service led digital business models.The unit manages various applications, including mobile apps for retail individual clients, netbanking applications, and online platforms for savings, current accounts, and fixed deposits.Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute strategies for new customer acquisition and driving customer value through cross-selling, win-back, and transaction intensity.
  • Analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas and increase visitors and conversions on our platform(s).
  • Design targeted campaigns basis customer persona and work closely with the digital marketing team for digital outreach.
  • Use data analytics and segmentation to make targeted marketing strategies and conduct A/B testing to validate hypothesis and optimize user journeys.
  • Own end-to-end measurement framework for growth experiments, ensuring data accuracy and impact assessment.
Collaboration Opportunities:
  • Work with the Bank's Campaigns, Analytics, and Overall Portfolio teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnel.
