Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital-first growth strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to own the growth story of a new-age brand, shaping how the world experiences traditional values.
This position involves leading marketplace expansion, optimizing advertising spend, and building a growth engine that takes our brand into every household (and beyond).
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, e-commerce, or q-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling premium brands. They should be able to balance numbers and storytelling, thriving in data-driven environments while also thinking like a marketer.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and managing relationships with top digital platforms.
- Driving ad strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplaces with a laser focus on revenue, return on investment, and key performance metrics.
- Monitoring daily/weekly sales, running promotions, and executing campaigns that drive significant results.
- Optimizing product listings, conversion funnels, and key performance indicators to ensure our brand always wins visibility and trust.
- Analyzing competitor activity and consumer insights to inform actionable growth plans.
As a member of our team, you'll gain direct ownership of e-com and q-com growth, real accountability, and real impact. You'll collaborate closely with founders and senior leadership in a flat, agile structure, enjoying the freedom to experiment, learn from failures, and scale successful initiatives.
