About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth plans that align with our business objectives. This involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with product and revenue operations leaders, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth strategies that drive sustainable bottom-line growth.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and revenue operations leaders to ensure seamless execution of growth plans.
  • Create and manage budgets to achieve marketing goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of scaling up from scratch.
  • Strong background in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation & customer acquisition funnel management, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign), Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
