Job Title: Senior Executive, HR Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team as a key member of the Human Resources department. As a catalyst for change, you will play a critical role in driving organisational transformation and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives
  • Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/industrial background. A completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. Fluency in Bengali/Hindi is considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll, and be able to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
