Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to lead initiatives in building automation solutions, analytics dashboards, and insights-driven tools across core practice areas. This role requires a curious problem-solver who thrives on innovation and creates impactful analytics for decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and automation platforms. They should be able to design and implement analytics models and dashboards to track, visualize, and interpret data.

A key responsibility of this role is to build frameworks that deliver actionable insights for partners, clients, and internal teams. This includes enabling real-time reporting and process transparency for transaction-related activities.

The successful candidate will also identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI-driven tools and process automation. They will design, test, and deploy automation solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

In addition, they will act as an innovation catalyst—constantly researching, experimenting, and proposing new ways AI/analytics can enhance client advisory and internal operations.

This role requires excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills. The candidate should be comfortable with project ownership, managing end-to-end automation/analytics initiatives.

  • Exposure to financial, legal, or compliance-related processes is a plus.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with the ability to connect dots across diverse business domains.
