Facilities Excellence Leader

This role requires a seasoned facilities professional to oversee property operations in Hyderabad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facilities needs, working closely with facilities manager and assistant facilities manager
  • Prioritize continuous improvement in processes
  • Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients
  • Help mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans
  • Monitor health and safety issues, actively participating in reviewing them

We're looking for a strong leader with excellent communication and reporting skills, who can effectively roll out improvement plans and manage a team.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property operations and experience in facilities management (3-5 years)
  • Degree in Business or Hotel and Building Management
  • Aptitude in client-centric operations, occupational safety, and team management
