Job Overview

This role involves the administration of day-to-day operations for Oracle Cloud ERP systems.

  • Administer the day-to-day functions of Oracle Cloud ERP system.
  • Design and modify modules/components based on requirements.
  • Provide Level IV support for Oracle Cloud ERP system issues and questions.
  • Support specific applications as needed.
  • Coach Application Support team members on best practices and steps for developing sound support and coding decisions.
  • Develop strategic solutions to resolve issues while keeping the system operational.
  • Collaborate with other team members, resources in National IT, Human Resources and/or Finance to resolve issues.
  • Analyze diverse issues with other Application Services team members.
  • Participate in weekly support meetings with hosting provider.
  • Attend design meetings as necessary.
Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field required.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience with enhancements and support of Oracle Cloud ERP or similar ERP modules required.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in BIP report development/customization using SQL, PLSQL.
  • A minimum of One (1) year of experience with support of cloud-based (SaaS) ERP applications required.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and report template design.
  • Ability to design and develop complex BIP reports and customize standard reports.
  • Optimize report performance and implement data security measures.
  • Intermediate level understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP FSCM modules preferred.
  • Oracle Business Intelligence foundations preferred.
  • Oracle Fusion FSCM modules.
  • SQL, PL/SQL.

Requirements

You must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

  • Candidate should have ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
