Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires an individual with strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12.

A key aspect of this role will be to lead hands-on implementation and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12.

The successful candidate will also possess strong functional knowledge of all Oracle Fusion modules and provide guidance on configuration and process optimization.

In addition, the individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.

The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, conduct meetings, workshops, and surveys to understand the needs and expectations of the business.

They will also analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, mapping out current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing optimized processes that align with best practices.

Responsibilities include participating in system design and configuration, ensuring the Fusion ERP system meets business requirements.

The consultant will also support change management initiatives by helping stakeholders understand the benefits of the new system and processes.

They will develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.

The individual will help with system integrations, interfaces, and data migrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

They will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Fusion ERP system.

The consultant will participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring the Fusion ERP system remains up-to-date and continues to meet business requirements.

They will conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users and other team members to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of the Fusion ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 8 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion stack and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and Oracle EBS R12.

The successful candidate will also possess expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM/Project Management Certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
