Job Overview\

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion ERP professional to join our team.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12, including hands-on implementation and solution design.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Lead and be knowledgeable in hands-on implementation and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12.\
  • Individual contributor (IC) role with functional expertise in all Oracle Fusion modules.\
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.\
  • Conduct meetings, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and expectations.\
  • Map out current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimized processes that align with best practices.\
  • Participate in system design and configuration to ensure it meets business requirements.\
  • Support change management initiatives by educating stakeholders on the benefits of new systems and processes.\
  • Manage system integrations, interfaces, and data migrations to ensure seamless data flow.\
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Fusion ERP system.\
  • Ensure the Fusion ERP system remains up-to-date and continues to meet business requirements through system upgrades and enhancements.\
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other team members to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of the Fusion ERP system.\
  • Work closely with technical consultants and business support specialists to ensure successful implementation and support.\
    • \Required Skills and Qualifications:\
      • \
      • Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules - Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Accounting (PA), Project Management, O2C (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay).\
      • Technical skills: knowledge about Oracle Fusion technology stack, including PaaS Technical, PLSQL, OTBI, and BI Reports.\
      • Prior experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems is mandatory.\
      • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users.\
      • Bachelor's degree in computer science/CA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.\
      • Minimum 8 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion stack and deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and Oracle EBS R12.\
      • Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals.\
      • Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate others on latest technology trends and best practices.\
      • Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting functional/technical documents.\
