Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to fill a key position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an integrated HSE strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include regulatory compliance, risk assessments, incident investigation, emergency response planning, HSE training, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE strategy
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular risk assessments
  • Investigate and analyze incidents
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans
  • Deliver HSE training programs
  • Track and report on key HSE performance indicators
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the metal and mining industry
  • Approved Safety Officer as per Odisha Factory Act
  • Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Environmental guidelines, HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Experience in green field/brown field expansion projects
  • Experience in environmental compliance and permitting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
