Job Title: Head of Regulatory Management

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our regulatory management function.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive regulatory strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable Acts, regulations, standards, and permits, conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards, and implementing appropriate control measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Acts, regulations, standards, and permits.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees at all levels on regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a metal & mining industry.
  • Approved Safety Officer as per Odisha Factory Act.
  • Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Environmental guidelines, HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in green field/brown field expansion projects.
  • Experience in environmental compliance and permitting.
