Job Description:

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for managing our sales team in West Bengal and driving business growth in the region. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and develop a high-performing sales team in West Bengal
  2. Mentor and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers
  4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of Rs 6.50 Lac - 8.00 Lac per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
