Job Role

We are seeking a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.

The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire new customers through leads, natural market, references, or orphan base.
  2. Fix meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products.
  3. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.
  4. Upsell & Cross-Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.
  5. Rend prompt post-sales service to all allocated customers.

The ideal candidate should possess prior sales experience working with insurance companies/DSAs, proven sales experience, and a track record of over-achieving quota.
