Job Description

We are seeking a creative and innovative Senior Copywriter to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand, vision, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive business results.
  • Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure words and visuals work seamlessly together.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences.
  • Develop strong brand voices and oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute big ideas across integrated campaigns, including digital, social media, TVCs, print, and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Creative Skills: Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges creatively.
