Job Title: Technical Support Engineer for Software Applications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer for Software Applications to enhance software application performance and user experience at MNR Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in providing technical support for software applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for end-users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Application Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications, addressing and resolving user issues in a timely manner.
  • Incident Management: Monitor, track, and document incidents and service requests, ensuring they are resolved within agreed service levels.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and identify root causes of application issues, working closely with development and QA teams to implement fixes.
  • User Training: Assist in training end-users on application functionalities and best practices to enhance user experience.
  • System Monitoring: Continuously monitor application performance and availability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and system configurations.
