About the Role:

We seek a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in Finance, who can drive business growth through technology solutions. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, passionate about technology, and able to determine appropriate activities and tasks based on high-level objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document requirements and business solutions for stakeholders, development teams, and test teams
  • Evaluate solution viability from a business standpoint
  • Collaborate with Technical Solution Architects to create technically viable solutions
  • Assist clients in managing solutions and creating development roadmaps
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile:

A degree in Finance or related fields is preferred. Experience with SDLC, requirement elaboration tools, and wireframing tools is required. Knowledge of enterprise-grade blockchain protocols and solutions is essential.
