Job Title: Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash management, debt management, and treasury operations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage FX settlements for multiple currencies, geographies, and countries.
  2. Oversee the administration of all bank operating accounts, including access controls over electronic banking.
  3. Process manual FX TSF payments, obtain approval from authorized signatories, and coordinate with traders and counterparty banks.
  4. Perform FX confirmation reconciliation, negotiate with banks for best interest rates, and coordinate with traders and counterparty banks.
  5. Collect data from various teams to obtain credit ratings, manage KYC processes, and maintain accurate records.
  6. Monitor bank limits, co-ordinate between teams, and resolve issues promptly.
  7. Prepare debt forecasts, variances, and commentary; prepare and submit Indebtedness reports as per schedule.
  8. Collaborate with senior management, identify process improvements, and implement industry-leading practices.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to cash management, debt management, and reporting.
  • Experience in managing people and processes through sustained periods of change.
  • Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and online banking portals.
