We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can leverage their passion for technology to take the initiative needed to ramp quickly and determine specific activities and tasks based on high-level objectives.
The ideal candidate should have excellent planning and communication skills, ability to understand overall project specifications, and streamline work processes.
They should also have hands-on knowledge of SDLC, requirement elaboration tools, wireframing tools, and capacity to manage uncertainties and provide holistic solutions to minimize uncertainty.
Furthermore, they should have strong team player skills to collaborate with the development team on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Documenting all requirements and business solutions to ensure clarity among stakeholders, the development team, and the test team
- Evaluating recommended solution viability from a business standpoint
- Collaborating with the Technical Solution Architect to create a technically viable solution
- Assisting clients in managing solutions and creating a development roadmap aligned with their vision/requirements
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing/implementing solutions
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
RequirementsEducation: A Master's degree in Finance or related field or an MBA [Finance]
