Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our finance and HR functions. This role requires strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of human resources operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage company finances, including accounts payable and receivable, vendor registrations, invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance with statutory filings.
  • Maintain financial discipline across all departments.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new joiners.
  • Maintain employee records, payroll, and contracts.
  • Support team members with queries and create a positive work culture.
  • Build simple systems for leaves, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • A strong foundation in finance/accounts (commerce background preferred).
  • Understanding of HR operations with a people-first mindset.
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (non-negotiable).
