Job Title: Deferred Compensation Specialist

This role will lead the implementation of our Executive Equity strategy within Total Rewards. As a subject matter expert, you will execute, communicate and deliver on the pre-determined strategy working with senior stakeholders including internal consultants, external advisors, senior business executives and wider HR.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Executing executive equity strategies aligned with senior executive objectives and direction
  • Engaging with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required
  • Leading program socialization activities including with senior business leaders
  • Collaborating with project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies risks and opportunities
  • Supporting effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience developing implementing executive equity strategies specifically cash compensation into public company stock in complex global organizations
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation
  • Exceptional client relationship communication and stakeholder management skills including direct experience with senior executives C-suite
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leaders
  • Strong leadership organizational skills
  • Proactive takes initiative to solve problems anticipate challenges and execute tasks
  • Attention to detail ensure accuracy and compliance of the programs

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements including understanding of union works council considerations
  • Experience working in a remote hybrid manner in a global organization
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources business or related field preferred
