Candidate Qualifications
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.

  • Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Weekends: Five working days with two rotational week-offs.

This role involves working with customers to provide them with exceptional support. You will need to be able to effectively handle their inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a positive attitude.
