Job Opportunity: Senior Site Operations Professional

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Site Operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless task execution, analyzing business performance, and conducting cost optimization and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Task Execution: Manage cross-functional teams to execute tasks efficiently.
  2. Business Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance on a monthly basis to ensure cost efficiency.
  3. Cost Optimization: Conduct cost optimization and variance analysis for business planning and reporting.
  4. Analytics: Establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets.
  5. Dispute Resolution: Track and close out disputes, validating CN/DN as required.
  6. Partnerships: Partner with governance teams to resolve issues.
  7. Reconciliation: Reconcile open POs with users.
  8. Circle Management: Resolve circle issues related to MSA, billing disputes, and close out disputes centrally with ToCo partners.
  9. WoW Agenda: Lead and drive the WoW (War on Waste) agenda with Circle & Center teams.
  10. Operational Governance: Exercise operational governance over circles.

Responsibilities:

  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance for own sites.
  • Agreement Renewal: Renew agreements and manage vendors for existing sites.
  • New Site Acquisition: Acquire new sites and stores.
  • Rent Reduction: Reduce rents for existing sites and stores, including LLR.
  • Site Delivery: Deliver new sites against targets.
  • Upgrade Support: Support site upgrades for existing sites.
  • Home Passes: Harvest home passes early.
