Job Opportunity

The Center Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our centers. This position requires strong management and leadership skills to effectively mobilize resources, supervise enrolment processes, own the training process, and monitor student placement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and effectively utilize key partnerships for quality mobilization.
  • Supervise enrolment processes to ensure desired outcomes in terms of numbers and quality.
  • Own the training process for concrete outcomes, adhering to processes and achieving high-quality academic results.
  • Monitor and enable student participation in placement activities and organize placement drives at the center.
  • Manage batch progression and outcome monitoring.
  • Provide placement support.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Build a positive culture among team members.
  • Engage stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Lead people management and financial management.
  • Ensure compliance and administration tasks are completed.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, with 3 years in team management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in donor-funded skilling operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance.
  • Ability to counsel students.
  • Inclination towards society and working with marginalized communities.
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage.
