Job Description:

As a seasoned AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions for compliance-heavy business processes. Your expertise in developing automated workflows on Databricks and Azure will be instrumental in transforming our organization's operations.

About the Role:

  • Design and deploy large-scale workflows using Databricks (notebooks, jobs, DLT) and monitor their performance.
  • Leverage agent frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen to orchestrate data pipelines and make informed decisions.
  • Implement robust impact analysis to assess risk, compliance, and cost implications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and ensure auditability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Python programming, particularly in prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in Databricks, including notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance data, as well as experience with workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment on Azure.

Experience Bands:

  • Lead AI Engineer: 7–10+ years overall; 3+ years in AI workflow automation; prior mentoring/ownership of production systems.
  • Intermediate AI Engineer: 3–6 years overall; hands-on with Databricks + agent frameworks; eager to own modules end-to-end.
