Lead AI Development Specialist

The role of Lead AI Development Specialist involves spearheading the development and integration of Python-based applications with Large Language Models (LLMs). This entails designing, architecting, and implementing LLM pipelines, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Python and LLMs.
  • LLM Pipeline Design: Design scalable microservices and APIs for AI features, ensuring performance optimization, cost efficiency, and security in LLM workflows.
  • MLOps Collaboration: Work closely with MLOps teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Tech Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Python best practices, code reviews, and problem-solving.
Required Skills:
  • Python Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with FastAPI and Flask.
  • LLM Expertise: Solid experience with LLM integration, including OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • RAG Pipelines: Understanding of RAG pipelines, including vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
  • MLOps Tools: Experience with MLOps tools, including MLflow, Kubeflow, and Langfuse, as well as deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Containerization: Familiarity with containerization, including Docker.
