Job Title: AI Development Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a cutting-edge AI development specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and possess a strong background in artificial intelligence-specific utilities, programming skills, and machine learning algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune AI-generated text prompts using LLMs like GPT-4.
  • Design and deploy cloud-based applications that integrate LLMs/GenAI for production use.
  • Acquire the necessary skills for building machine learning models and deploying them for production.
  • Implement feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, pipeline creation, model training, and hyperparameter tuning with structured and unstructured data sets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working with LLMs or LangChain.
  • A strong background in AI-specific utilities like ChatGPT, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
  • Proficiency in programming skills – Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Experience with MLOps, Data Pipeline, Data engineering.
  • Statistics knowledge (probability distributions, hypothesis testing).
  • Time series modeling, forecasting, image/video analytics, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • ML services from Clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Databricks.
