Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to design and implement an advanced sales workflow utilizing AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a scalable and reliable end-to-end workflow in n8n, as per the specified requirements.
  • Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and web scraping services such as Phantombuster.
  • Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  • Design expressions and light code (if necessary) to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
  • Collaborate with our team to refine prompts for AI nodes ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.
Required Skills:
  • n8n Expertise: Proven experience building complex workflows is essential.
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and authentication methods.
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 into automated workflows.
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with web scraping and data enrichment concepts.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex issues and think critically to find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Sales/marketing automation experience.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
