We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to provide leadership support and maintain a smooth office operation.
This role involves overseeing administrative activities, greeting visitors, managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and performing various office tasks.
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities
- Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties
- Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings
- Entering and updating company, employee, and client records
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to senior management
- Managing office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 1 year experience as an administrator
- A B.Com, BA, BCA, BE/B.Tech, or Other Graduate degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
