Job Summary:

Compliance and Office Operations Manager

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations and administration, as well as knowledge of labor laws and fire safety protocols.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Policy and Compliance:
      • Develop, implement, and maintain HR and administrative policies to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
      • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee documentation and efficient onboarding/offboarding processes.
      • Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
    • Office Administration:
      • Oversee facility management, including vendor coordination and AMC renewals to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
      • Manage office assets, housekeeping, courier services, stationery, and utilities to optimize efficiency.
      • Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections to maintain high standards of compliance.
    • Documentation and Reporting:
      • Compile and maintain accurate records and reports for internal audits and statutory inspections.
      • Prepare comprehensive compliance checklists and regular monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, fire safety protocols, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
