Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition to lead our campus talent strategy and drive hiring efforts. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to meet our hiring needs, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with company goals.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in campus hiring, knowledge of early career hiring best practices, and experience in managing a team of recruiters. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive campus talent strategies to meet hiring needs
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure success
- Partner with leadership to understand company goals and align talent acquisition efforts
- Oversee the full campus process lifecycle, from pre-placement and assessments to interviews and hiring decisions
- Billy build strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Analyze hiring trends and make data-driven decisions using metrics and data
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in early careers
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, vendors, and other partners
Salary Range: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
